Nickel Catalyst for Ammonia Decomposition

Model: HQ-405

Ammonia cracking catalyst HQ-405 is used to crack liquid ammonia at 780-850 ºC to get a mixed gas -75% H2, 25% N21. It can also be used to convert coke oven gas into N2, H2 and CO2,thus effectively solving the problem of corrosion of equipment and pollution of coke oven gas if discharged into air.

The main reaction is as follows:
2NH3→3H2+N2-92.4 KG/mol

Applications
The catalyst is suitable for hydrogen plant of ammonia cracking and natural gas conversion.
The catalyst is suitable for ammonia cracking furnace in coke oven gas purification and recovery unit.
