Product Description

 Alumina grinding ball is one ideal mill grinding media, it can keep the purity and improve the stability of the grinded materials especially the ceramic glaze. High alumina ceramic balls as grinding ball with high quality raw materials as well as the middle alumina ceramic balls are produced with the following technology: advanced spray drying technology, dry type full automatic isostatic pressure and high temperature roller kiln sintering technology.

1. High wear-resistance:The alumina balls' wear-resistance is higher than the common alumina balls'. When it is working, the ball won't pollute the grinding materials, so it can keep the purity and improve the stability of grinded materials, especially the ceramic glaze.

2. High density:The high density, high hardness and the high grinding characters save the grinding time, enlarge the smashing room. So it can improve the grinding efficiency.

3. Withstand high temperature: The alumina grinding ball can withstand more than 1000°C, with the merit of resisting acid, alkali, and erosive.
